The “Safe Place Visualization” exercise is a powerful stress-reduction technique. When feeling stressed and overwhelmed, you can use this to soothe and calm yourself.
It’s most effective when you’re really able to immerse yourself without any distractions, so be sure to do this in a quiet place where you can focus on doing the exercise.
