About Me

You deserve to lead a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and genuinely fulfilling to you. I am a licensed psychologist (PSY22289) with over 20 years of clinical experience, and I consider it a profound privilege to partner with adults navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, parenting stressors, and professional burnout.

My primary specialty is working with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults.  Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed early in life, recently diagnosed, or self-identified, I can support you.

I also work extensively with unhappy professionals experiencing severe work-related anxiety and depression. If you wake up with dread before your workday starts, can’t sleep because of job stress, or feel guilty and resentful about how work impacts your personal life, I am here to support you. Together, we will identify your core values, set realistic boundaries and expectations, and develop sustainable self-care strategies so life feels enjoyable again.

My Approach

I know that traditional, one-size-fits-all approaches often don’t work, especially for neurodivergent brains or deeply burned-out professionals. That’s why my therapeutic style is highly collaborative and neurodivergent-affirming. I blend researched backed strategies with a warm, interpersonal approach to help you reduce masking, heal from chronic stress, and foster deep self-acceptance.

Our work together will focus on building actionable strategies across the core areas of your life:

  • Professional & Academic Realms: Overcoming workplace dread, managing burnout, navigating accommodations, improving executive dysfunction, and aligning your career with your processing style.
  • Relationships: Improving communication, navigating social exhaustion, managing rejection sensitivity, and building fulfilling, authentic connections.
  • Parenting: Managing the intense sensory and executive functioning demands of raising children, navigating parental burnout, overcoming guilt, and creating sustainable family routines that respect your needs alongside your children’s.
  • Daily Living: Developing sustainable routines for household tasks, sensory regulation, and self-care that work with your brain, not against it.

Whether you want to manage depression, unlearn harmful social scripts, or make practical changes to build the life you want, I am here to support you every step of the way.
